I love to have a gentle dig at the expense of the
art establishment.
This piece starts off a new series I’ll be making under the banner
‘Art on a Shoestring’.
It’s titled ‘The Physical Possibility of Affording Some Art’.
I went to Goldsmiths’ College quite a few years before Damien Hirst and co
and therefore missed out on the excitement of the Brit Art phenomenon. I’m quite pleased as I think it must have been rather confusing.
