All is normal here at the Cliff Top Residence although the ducks are beginning to wonder when the gale and severe gale force winds will end. Still, it’s been quite a lot of fun crawling around over the roof replacing lead flashing, broken tiles and ridge tiles not to mention chain sawing the fallen trees … so I won’t. There aren’t any sculptures left standing either.

And before you ask I have no idea where that cat came from …. *sigh*

That cat had better watch out, he can’t swim. The ducks only look innocent.

    Happy New Year!!!

You’ve had quite a blow, there! Here’s hoping the weather calms down soon…. on another matter, were you perchance hanging out in Taiwan recently?

    daddyp replied:

I saw that. Just proves that size is everything. Something I’ve always suspected.

Sounds like gales in your area cause the same sort of activities as ice storms do here. Chain sawing is no fun.

    I love the cat.

There are a few more logs for No1 son, a tiny silver lining I suppose. I actually don’t know where the cat came from – it just sort of appeared in my drawers – oh well.
