On my birthday, two parcels arrived from exotic locations. One was from Manchester and one from La Rochelle………..

………. and they contained a load of goodies that strangely seemed to be on the same wave-length.
How do goddesses do that? …….. is it a natural ‘spare-rib’ thing or is it taught to them by their mother’s?
Anyway, I was very pleased and delighted …….. in a ‘tsking’ sort of way.

I tried to send you a book but I couldn’t fit it into my computer to email it – perhaps I will find a smaller one next year – one that fits into that coffee cup holder thingy. Is that where you send books by email? Seems a bit strange. You don’t need stamps, apparently.

loads of swaps a whole book full of ‘all you can knit and crochet’ from 1975 very hippy designs – if only I had the patience ’sigh’ – no butterflies here – just the odd crochet hook – very odd in fact!
