Grilled Mustard-Crusted Dolphin
8 oz. Dolphin Fillets
Salt And Pepper — to taste
2 Tbsp Butter — melted
4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 C Bread Crumbs
1 Oz Chopped Fresh Herbs
2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
