I’ve just finished painting the back wall in the conservatory at the Cliff Top Residence and I must say it looks very nice. I knew you’d be interested.
Oh, by the by and quite unrelated I can assure you, I wonder if anyone has got any hints about removing paint stains from carpets and laminate flooring ………. and sofas and cushions …………………. and zippers ………………. and door knobs [internal and external] …….. car upholstery and foot pedals …………………………………………….. and nuns [don’t ask].

(Home wanted for superannuated peabrain. No references required. Quite unrelated, I can assure you. Lo,TG Ed)

You splashed paint on your nun? Tsk, very careless.
It’s easily done I’m afraid ………
are there a few folks too who wish to be quite unrelated??

It weren’t me guv …… HONEST!
Just had a quote for having some decorating done chez moi. I had thought it was too expensive and was going to ask if you were available but on second thoughts…
I’m getting quite good at clearing up …… if that helps?
…….. and I’m cheap ……….
Reminds me of the Singing Nuns of yesteryear…
Toddy, good sir?
I was wondering if you’ve ever got paint on a nun or two – being a man of the cloth an’ all [albeit virtual]…
Fill it up young fella!!! …… marrrrrrrrrvellous!
Woolite always works for me!
Removes evidence, er…I mean ALL sorts of stains, smells, & whatnot…
I won’t mention one of your Presidents …….
Mmmm, had a problem similar when I worked as painter & decorater………the best thing we came up with was carpet removal. Unfortunately, LoTg ed, your only solution would be DP removal, which of course, we in the blogoverse could never allow. Phew, got you off there DP, must be worth a case of Mr Heinz’ finest,(still thinking about yesterdays post.)
I like a chap who thinks on his feet ……. I’ll order a case ASAP.
