ORIENTATION CLASS

It takes five minutes by car to get to Pett Level from the Cliff Top Residence.

Having parked the car, you walk up onto the sea defences.

The view to the south.

The view to the east.

The view to the north – yes, it’s a pub.

The view to the west – yes, those are the cliffs we live on.

OK, now try and find the way home ……… there’s a cup of tea and a toasted crumpet waiting for you.

.

(”find the way home” – little does he know there’s a tiny nugget of iron ore in his pocket next to the compass. He’ll work it out eventually, but meanwhile ………….. Peace and quiet. Bliss Lo,TG Ed)

What kind of tea. I’m very particular and all, being a coffee lover you know…

Is there marmalade for the crumpet?

    daddyp replied:

There’s real coffee as well Fraccy – none of that instant rubbish here – and of course there’s marmalade! – dammit, I am British after all.

and a roaring fire I trust – to toast the crumpets on!

    daddyp replied:

Actually I took the fireplace out. We’ve had woodstoves for years but I’m getting very lazy. There is a grill though or I could rub some boy scouts together …..
