I do wholeheartedly suggest you drop that into the conversation at the next Whist Drive in the church hall. It's a public service you know. There are people who might need to ask their doctor for advice and, not having the correct word, suffer in silence (well, maybe not <em>silence</em> but you know what I mean....)
