NOTHING IS EVER JUST BLACK AND WHITE

I may be a fool but I did go to school
And I did learn a thing or two.
I know for a fact [not in the abstract]
That zebras are striped and they chew.

I also know that they actually grow
In Africa far far away
So why do our roads have copious loads
Of crossings for them if they stray?

.

(Not to mention the pelicans – so I won’t. Lo,TG Ed)

if a zebra crossed on a zebra crossing wouldn’t they get knocked down as they would be camouflaged wouldn’t they??

(according to Wiki there are Toucan and Puffin crossings too)

    daddyp replied:

Exactly ….. the whole concept is ridiculous …..

As always young 70’s …… the phrase “hitting the nail on the head” was invented especially for you ….. except when you make typos of course ….

    70steen replied:

would that be ‘knitting a hail on the shed?’

Have you been over-playing ‘Animal Crossing’ on the Gamecube again?

Lovely poem though… have you ever thought of putting music to them and perhaps creating some youtube videos to entertain folks with?

(runs away before the objects Penfold throws can reach me…)

    daddyp replied:

Tee hee …… [Penfold can throw a long way but you're probably safe].

I’ve never played Animal Crossing …… is it good?

    70steen replied:

    dear Fraccy ……………noooooooooooooooooooooooooo

    daddyp replied:

…. oh …… you’re quite keen as well then ….. *looks thoughtful*
