Actually, I’ve always built them from scratch before …… but spookily, this one was so cheap, cheaper than I could buy the wood and fittings for, I couldn’t resist ……. being a pensioner an’ all – tee hee. [I am going to have to 'beef' it up a tad though - it gets VERY windy here].
By the time you’ve finished beefing it up, Peabrain, you may as well have started from scratch.
What did we do with that large anchor from the boat? It could be handy.
