At low tide you can walk to the beach café, rather grandly called the Yacht Club which is tucked in under the cliffs, in about six minutes …….. there’s a short-cut along the beach under the watchful eye of the castle.
At high tide it takes EIGHT minutes from the apartment to get to the same place to enjoy an evening coffee or a little drinkypoo ……
……… just so you know the energy that has to be used up to go from sofa to bar stool.
Still, I seem to be managing OK.
