Gluteus Maximus – a useful chap to have at a cocktail party
The top of his bum makes a very good table
But not when he’s being farty.
So if you send him an invitation don’t be in a great big hurry
Check what’s he’s eaten and keep very quiet
If he’s eaten baked beans or curry.

Sounds like a very handy chap indeed. I’m always looking for somewhere to put my drink down at a party. Maybe he could balance a few olives as well…
Do I need to mention anything about a safety crash helmet for cannonball matchstick?
Matches have built in helmets silly ….. sheeeeeesh.
Gluteus can crack walnuts as well BTW ….. just sayin’
Is he Italian?? I think I know may work with him??
I don’t know his ethnic background …. all I know is I leave plenty of room between him and me if I think he’s about to turn ….
Oh I was thinking of Augustus Flatulus….. his bottom is not as big but twice as deadly….
I’d leave even more room in his case …… [hope your tummy recovers soon!]
[ty]
‘Ty’?
you have to get down with the young uns … thank you
Ohhhh ….. I thought it was a typical typo and should have read ‘ta’ ……. silly me
{{{Throw him a [YW] when you next have a good opportunity, and watch him scratch his head… lol… probably as exciting as that video where we had to watch him watch paint dry…
}}}
DP…. why ever would you think you’re silly?
I don’t know really ….. it’s just a word I seem to hear quite often ….. anyhoo, I’ve got some painting to do now ….. *getting excited*
Didn’t Russell Crowe play him in ‘Gladiator’?
Either him or Kenny Everett’s Rod Stewart …. [I tried to find an image of that character on the interweave with little success - I have the patience of a gnat]
it was Charlton Heston, wasn’t it? and yes. i’m THAT old…
Did he have a large bum as well? I suppose he did have a ‘hur’ moment – does my bum look big in this toga? …… … [are you home safe and sound Daisy?]
not sure about mr. heston’s bum. but he was lacking brain cells in his later years… yes home safe, but sound? anybody’s guess!
Safety first – soundty second ……
The general tone of this blog is getting very, very low.
I agree …… don’t know quite how to avoid it dearest …..
I want to know what’s in that peculiar looking cocktail.
Looks like paraffin to me with cherries ….. or it could be a BP oil slick with marker buoys I suppose ….
