Normally at this time of year, Lo the terrible Goddess and I go to southern Portugal to escape the British winter. Unfortunately there’s too much going on to be able to manage it this year.

she may have been able to knit as a teenager so her diaries say, but now she uses chop sticks, i think she may have lost it. Her arm would not be able to cope. bless her her little cotton socks

I have been trying to get the teen knitting for me .. but she is rubbish… how much did you pay her???

I’m a little under the weather yet, but will commence knitting as soon as possible. I hear knitting with needles is something to avoid when using the kinds of medications required to endure the extreme suffering bestowed upon fraccy women following the *torture* of surgery on nether regions.
I also hear it’s wise for all those aquainted with such women, to send gifts of chocolates and wine.
I have graciously posted a mailing address on my blog. I am such a hard-worker. I love to help others even while suffering myself….
I’m very glad that your nether regions have been mended – your lovely sister has been keeping everyone up to date.
